目的了解长阳土家族自治县城乡居民结核病知识掌握情况,为有效开展结核病健康教育提供依据。方法采取现场问卷调查方式,对健康者、接触者、患者三类人群进行调查,了解不同人群对结核病知识的知晓情况。结果三类人群结核病综合知识得分及格率健康者为54.73%,接触者为58.65%,患者为60.78%。调查对象综合知识得分情况显示,三类人群中不同性别间知晓率差异有统计学意义;健康者不同户籍、职业及文化程度知晓率差异有统计学意义。接触者与患者差异不明显。结论长阳土家族自治县公众对肺结核知识的掌握水平不高,应以文化程度低、农村户籍人群为重点宣传教育对象,采取有效方式进行健康教育。 |

[Objective] To learn the TB knowledge among the urban and rural residents in Tujia Autonomous County and provide evidence for the implementation of TB health education.
