| 【摘要】 |
目的探讨肺结核合并尘肺患者与单纯肺结核的治疗效果。方法将2064例肺结核患者分为2组,45例合并尘肺患者为尘肺组,其余2019例为对照组,比较2组间的治疗效果。结果尘肺组治疗2、3个月痰菌阴转率低于对照组(χ2分别为5.59和4.10,均P<0.05);疗程结束时尘肺组胸片吸收好转率(82.22%)低于对照组(90.83%);尘肺组疗程长于对照组,症状改善慢,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并尘肺患者治疗较单纯肺结核困难,应该适当延长疗程和增加药物。 |

[Objective] To explore the therapeutic efficacy for pulmonary tuberculosis combined with pneumoconiosis and simple pulmonary tuberculosis.
